SHIPPING POLICY

Scottsdale's Museum of the West uses three different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

 

Our three carriers are:

  • United Parcel Service (UPS)

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)

  • Federal Express (FedEx)

UPS has teamed up with USPS to assist with deliveries for Standard Shipping. Under the UPS Smart Delivery Options, UPS will transport the package initially, then the package will be handed over to your local USPS for delivery to your shipping destination.

Merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:

  • You will not incur additional shipping charges

  • Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across the multiple packages when your order is shipped

Please note: Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by Standard Delivery only and are excluded from the expedited shipping options.

RETURN POLICY

1. We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

2. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. Credit Card returns on same Credit Card only.

3. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
